OUR STORY
A first generation college graduate from the University of Minnesota with a degree in clinical
laboratory science, Nasro worked for 15 years in hospitals and clinics aiding doctors in the
identification and treatment of skin disorders and conditions. Raising her family, Nasro watched
her daughter suffer for nearly ten years from acute eczema and parched skin. In addition, she
was dealing with her own skin issues due to psoriasis and hyperpigmentation. She diligently
followed the medical professionals' instructions, applying cortisone or steroid ointments and
moisturizing several times a day, but her daughter’s symptoms and her own were not relieved.
Nasro began conducting extensive research and discovered many popular skincare products
contain harsh chemicals that aggravate sensitive skin. She created her first product from 100%
natural body butter cream and launched Nasrocare, a full line of skin care products made from
natural ingredients that are safe for the whole family.
Nasro knows firsthand how challenging it can be to find effective products to address skin issues
of many darker-skin women. Nasrocare skincare products are designed to address the unique
skin concerns of darker skin, including hyperpigmentation, large pores, oily skin, and creating a
more even skin tone.
NASROCARE’s MISSION is about embracing diversity, empowering individuals to feel confident in their skin by offering products that cater to a wider range of skin types and skin concerns while avoiding toxic ingredients.
